ECF Peserta @ Graduan Henderson

21st Januari 2017 menyaksikan penyiapan Memartabatkan dan Menjaga Keluarga kami (ECF) program untuk 58 peserta dari Pusat Komuniti Henderson (CC). Program yang terdiri daripada 5 bengkel modular dilindungi topik seperti mengukuhkan hubungan keluarga dan menguruskan hal-hal wang, bertujuan untuk memberi kuasa kepada kehidupan penerima.

Guest-of-Honour, Ms Joan Pereira, Adviser to Henderson-Dawson Grassroots Organisation said, “ECF Programme has helped beneficiaries learn important life skills which is focused on building strong and happy families. 29 families from Henderson-Dawson constituency who have attended the group sessions had benefitted greatly from the valuable tips on parenting and financial management skills.”
She also added that with the ECF programme, there is an increased awareness on the importance of maintaining a healthy and resilient marriage as well as effective family communication.

Following the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Jamiyah Singapore and NTUC U CARE CENTRE (NTUC UCC) last Saturday at Marsiling Community Centre, the participants from Henderson CC will also benefit from the employability opportunities by NTUC UCC.
