步行与你的家人’ 在母亲节 2018

Jamiyah Singapore in collaboration with People’s Association held a “Walk with Your Family” event to celebrate Mother’s Day on 13 可能 2018 at National Stadium.

更多 1,000 participants took part in the walk and other activities such as DIY Batik Painting.

For every 10 participants, an underprivileged woman will get to attain three life skills courses to upgrade themselves and prepare for the workforce.

Mr Desmond Lee, 大臣为社会和家庭发展 & Second Minister for National Development graced the event as Guest of Honor and launched the annual 26th Exemplary Mother’s Award, organised by Jamiyah Singapore.

Present at the occasion was Dr. Yacob Ibrahim, Former Minister for Communications and Information and Minister in-Charge of Muslim Affairs.
