Jamiyah Laksana House Lawat bagi penerima

Jabatan Outreach dan Masyarakat (Codd) of Jamiyah Singapore conducted a house visit with President of Jamiyah Singapore, Profesor (adj) Dr Mohd Hasbi Abu Bakar for its beneficiaries.

Jamiyah Singapore provided the family with a sponsored renovation for their 3-room flat in co-operation with a private contractor, Interior Diary Pte Ltd for Mdm Maszlina Binte Jaafar and her family of 6. Their house was in a bad shape when they first moved in 2007 and it had no prior renovation besides the kitchen cabinets.

She has been receiving Jamiyah Singapore’s food ration assistance since 2014 as both she and her husband’s income are insufficient to sustain their monthly household expenses. With Jamiyah assistance through the sponsored renovation, it has greatly benefitted her family as now her children have a more conducive environment at home to study. Jamiyah Singapore hopes to grow in providing further assistance to families like Mdm Maszlina’s.
